We want you to love your O My Bag, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your leather goods within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
